It's called "degage" ... making do with what we have. Check out this water bottle we "degaged" as a protective covering for the intra-osseous infusion needle we had just placed into this child's tibia (see photo).

This is why we encourage you to come back time and time again. Not all North American doctors can learn to 'degage' so those that can are treasures.
You my friend have a gift for finding others who can also flex and degage.
Grateful to the Lord to have had the chance to work with you again.
